Deleting your personal data.

We may use the data collected to perform our legal or contractual obligations, as otherwise permitted by law, or as and when requested by legal, regulatory, or investigatory authorities.

• When you request deletion of your personal data, we will use reasonable efforts to honor your request. In some cases, we may be legally required to keep some of the data for a certain time; in such an event, we will fulfill your request after we have complied with our obligations Request to before deleting your account please read the Disclaimers provided in the page.

1. Delete Account
How to delete your account in the application:

• In the App
• Login into your account. Please use the credentials/mode of login chosen at the time of Registration.
• After login, on top of the Home screen of the App, on the top left section click the Profile Icon.
• On Click of this profile icon, you will find the option for “Delete Account” inside the opened menu.
• On Click of the “Delete Account” button you will activate another pop up with the message “Are you sure you want to delete your profile / account”
• Select “Yes” if you want to delete your account, and select “No” if you don't want to delete your account.
• On selection of “Yes”, your account will be deleted. And on selection of “No”, your account will remain active.

2. When you delete your account:

• You will no longer be able to log in to this App / Game with the same account.
• You will lose access to your progress, statistics and history.
• You will lose subscribed plans or any IAP purchases.
• Your account will be deleted permanently.
• Before deleting make sure you're ready to get your account deleted. You could consult with our team via email support@beltwaybeatdown.com to discuss or report any problems or issues you have experienced.
